Having read the article on credit ratings. Would received a summons for late payment of Council Tax affect your rating?

The summons will be for a Magistrates' Court, and NOT a County Court...so won't affect your credit rating. Magistrates will grant a Liability Order at the hearing.I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another, so please feel free to ignore this.0
