Saw this on BBc breakfast this morning - apparently 3000 complaints were made or some number like that.
One viewer did write in to say that those moaning were just cold because they weren't dressed properly lol - must have been the management then.

I saw this on the news, UNBELIEVABLE. the feeble excuses they used on the news were hysterical, it looked like a bit of wasteland with a white "grizzly" bear hiding by a tree (A BEAR???)

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Oh the theme Park...................was that the merry-go-round I saw on the news, I must admit it was the only thing there to say "wow" to, unfortunately it didn't seem to be running........I must admit that grizzly white bear snarling its teeth, popping up in the trees, I found hilarious. Very "christmasy" I envisioned all these little kids coming out of the Grotto (forgive the pun), bawling and crying "mummy I dont like it in here, Grinch is scary", with a que of parents n kids entering at the other end, kicking and screaming..."I dont want to go in...pleeeaase, nooooooo!!!!!!"
