Swapgame!!!!

Options
Hi there I recently took out a free trial with swapgame! i cancelled within cancelling period and still they have been stealing money from my account, also they refuse to admit they got the game back, here is my correspondance with them.

ME:I wish my account to be closed as you have failed to do so, no matter how many times I have tried, you have been taking money from my account way over the price of subscription without permission, even though your games have been sent back within a week of subscription!.

THEM:
Since taking out membership your bank has consistently declined requests for subscription payments of £14.99 (due to the fact I had to cancel my card after they repeatedly took money from me after cancelling) that were due on 24 November and 14 December. You also have two games that belong to Swapgame .

The late payment charge of £44.97(they have taken this charge 3 times in total!) was applied in accordance with our terms of trade which you accepted when you joined Swapgame. The charge is applied when a member fails to make payments due for more than 7 days and takes into account the time that our collections staff have to spend individually reviewing such accounts.

Regards

now if I really didn't send back the games, do you really think I would bother with having around £150 taken from me?. When I could go out and buy them for around £20.
What can I do about this?
p.s even after cancelling my bank cards the bank authorised payments to them!. I filled in a fraud thingy with the bank and the result.....This doesn't constitute fraud. Well in my book if someone takes money from you, even after a free trial and cancelling, and sending back items, then god help anyone else in my situation.
Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me :)
