I bought one of their printers in July, I was very happy with it , it was the Photosmart C4280, but it went wrong last week. I e mailed them, they were very obliging and sent me all the instructions to try to remedy the problem, nothing worked, so I rang them, the very nice man talked me through all the technical steps then decided it was the hardware that had gone wrong and they are sending me a new one on Friday, he was most apologetic and couldnt have been nicer, it was a pleasure to deal with such nice people. I would buy from them again with no hesitation.:D
