Electron card

I applied to Barclays for an electron card, I was advised they have that facility. However when I received the card it was a connect visa. They now advise they no longer use this card. The main reason why I applied is to use when using Ryan air. please does anybody know of a bank that I can apply for an electron card. Thank you This is my first time using this site so I am not sure if I have posted my question correctly.

Alliance and Leicester offer an Electron card. I had one once, can't hire cars or buy train tickets on it though!

I have one with an Abbey current account, they also sent me a full on visa debit card as well so it may have been user error at Abbey.

You can also get giftcards that are electron e.g. https://www.barclaysgiftcard.co.uk/

Cost £3 though but can be cheaper than Ryanair fees.

I haven't used this gift card but i remember a post by another user either on here or houkdeals who had.
