Npower Complaints - where to ?
I was told that there is some sort of overseeing body that scares the hell out of suppliers. Does anyone know what it is ?
I have been messed around like you wouldn't believe by Npower & I very much want to put a complaint in to the relevant place.
The final straw was when they changed me from fixed direct debit to varied without telling me & took £600 from my account - making me overdrawn at the bank. This is the third time they've taken ridiculous amounts from my account (the bill is for a small room I use 4 afternoons a week for work, I hardly use any electric at all ).
My friend was hassled for £17000 from them for an empty flat that has a token meter. They really have a good scam going & I've got to the point whereI want to punch their lights out.
