Ooh, if only I had found this thread earlier! I've saved my £2 coins since they first launched, but thought that was just my sad sorry self... So pleased I'm no longer alone, so can I please join up?

I have just banked £120 last weekend and was given another 2 coins yesterday - seems there are suddenly much more of them about, but could just be my post office!

Just had a quick count of my money tin and have £22 already in there - that's a whole more bag of coins to bank since I last did it! Didn't realise that and wow, this year I might save enough to buy a new washing machine :T

Wow, there's now 171 of us collecting these little beasties.

I posted some more into my tin tonight.
I got some extra coin bags from the bank in readiness for the grand tin opening
Think I'd better invest in a new tin in readiness for when the other one is full.

Have received serval coins this week. I have banked all my £2 coins and brought a laptop. I have been saving them for a good few years now. So i have started again so there's lots more in circulation.
