I had two very expensive icecreams yesterday - 2 icecreams = £4.00 paid with a £10 note and got £6 in £2 coins in change and everyone knows you can't spend £2 coins;)

2 more for me in my change yesterday. Bit annoying as you can't spend them and I need some change for a leaving present. Think my total in my signature is a little out. Next time I'm home I'll do a quick count

Please can i join your club. have saved £2 coins for a few years evev got some work colleagues into it. Just opened my sealed tin you know the ones with the slots in wait for it it had £296. in it only started it in Nov 2008. put it in our cottage fund hoping to move to country. eventually:j

Confession time.....I'm hoarding all the big shiny coins *insert evil grinning smilie*

Instead of banking them with my work takings, I'm saving them at home to pay my tax bill.
My sealed tin is almost full, I have to shake it about to get them in

Promise I will soon release them out into the world again.

Aquired myself 6 of the big shineys from on a trip over to Harrogate to see some friends, most annoying as I then had no cash for the car park. Ahh well, the tin is starting to feel heavier.
