I brought Microsoft Ultimate from this website theultimatesteal.co.uk and I'm not happy with the product. THey said you can have a refund within 7 days but there are no contact numbers, and I've filled in the contact us form 4 times and no response.

Just checked my emails and they are all from non-notifiable addresses.
Out of curiosity, why are you not happy with the product?
Unless you ordered the disks and can return them, it will be difficult to return the key-code. I suppose they could bar you from updates, but that would still leave you with the original product.
TBH I never noticed a refund policy.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I didn't realise it was a downloable product. I haven't download/activate it yet. Someone has now given me Microsoft office 2007 the full package with the disk. So I no longer need this.0 -
I can imagine your letter of complaint:
" Dear Bill,
I purchased your product but would now like a refund because my mate down the pub told me he has an illigal copy"
Yeah, good luck with that one.0 -
Software is generally exempt from refunds (due to piracy etc) I doubt you'll get very far with this I'm afraid.0

It's not a illegal copy. thanks.
I only asked for contact details or experiences, why did you feel the need to reply?0 -

If you are licence sharing, it is illegal.
I felt the need to reply because it is wrong, and illegal. Its this kind of behaviour that will get the ultimate steal deal removed.0 -
I bought the copy of office and paid extra for disc. sold it on ebay for 150 quid. not bad, but had to pretend box was damaged cos it doesn't come with one.

That really is the sort of action that will get the Ultimate deal stopped.
Apart from being illegal, you could have problems if the buyer registers their copy on a desktop and a laptop, as they are entitled to do.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
