Didn't take long to settle you down. DW decorated our tree, and a fantastic job she's done with it too. Just picked up a laser gun for the wii, from Mr M's for the princely sum of £5.99, it was the last one, so I'm going to Belle Vale
tomorrow to see if I can find another one, then DW and then it will be like the wild west in our house at the weekend, yeehaw lol :rotfl:
Catch you later big fella, take care & keep wrapping those presents, and don't let Mrs S see hers until Christmas day

Hi All
I have shoved some more in today, about 60p I think!!
I am off to town tomorrow to pick up wrapping paper and the last of the pressies, so I will hopefully have a little bit of change to chuck in at the end of the day.
My main problem is, I pay for everything by card, so therefore don't end up with much in the way of small change.

Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
My secret santa pressie at work was... a money box! It's not very big so I'm going to use it for my 5s 10s and 20s and have already got a good rattle going on.

Hi and welcome aboard to philipt1969 and snowbrow! Lovely to see you both wishing to join in the fun. Your numbers are to be found at the bottom of the list on page 1, your target too philipt1969. Please both, have a look at posts 1 & 2 so you get a better idea of the challenge. Any question - please ask away!:D
LC - I'm quite surprised you were surprisingly unhungover (does that make sense?) you shouldn't be with all it sounded that you'd be consuming last night. Hope it was a great night all the same .....Mumofour477 does "one of those digital savings boxes" mean one of the ones that looks like a cash register and where you use a card to withdraw:question:If so, what d'you reckon to them? .....Well done izzoh - just 55p more than me!!!:o...Good to see you're well over that man flu stunty too much in tune with your feminine side to keep it then?!:rotfl::snow_laug ....Oh dear sparky, I have images in my head that I'm not sure I want!!! Hi joop, I see the secret Santa pressie was just great for you!
Well done everyone, another brilliant day and even if it's only a little saved for some, it's far more than if you'd not been saving - so it's still a great amount!:T
Have a good day tomorrow all.
.......and to anyone thinking of joining us - please just say so, you're very welcome.

Will someone kick me to remind me to sort out my money boxes tomorrow, keep meaning to do it but forgetting, not even left the house today so no change to add, but am off to work tomorrow and have some shopping to get done so will hopefully add to the bottle then. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
