Well - I'm back from my holidays.:D:D:D:D:D Don't wanna go to work tomorrow.

I found 10 Euros in airport roadkill yesterday so will use that when I go to Paris next month and add £10 to the pottie.;)

I bought the most GIGANTIC piggie when we were in Boston - I'll post a piccie when I get a chance. I'm going to use it for golden coins only - but I think it might take a good 2 years to fill!:eek::eek:

Good to see you're all saving well and we're still attracting some newbies.

Jess - have you tried keeping a speding diary to see where your wonga is going? I've tried it before and it was quite enlightening - although it didn't really curb my spending:rolleyes:
I've also had a little note from Reb. She's still saving - and we'll hopefully see her back her before too long. Unless of course she decides I'm a weird internet stalker...and I've scared her away forever.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
    Save me from spending...

  • Hi everyone. I'm still putting bits of change in my pot. The money in my pot was going to be for new carpet but I got my electric bill the other day and it was only £125 compared to the £350 I got last time, so with the money I had left over I went to All!ed carpets closing down sale and got £500 for £200 and have even ended up with an extra carpet because the 1st one I got for the lounge had hole in it so the guy just replaced it and didn't want the other one back, I can't move now with out falling over a roll of carpet or vinyl flooring:rotfl:I just need to crack on with my decorating now so as I can get all my new flooring down:j. I now have to decide what i'm now going to use my pot savings for:confused: I might see how much is in it first and then make my mind up.

Keep up the good work everyone
    Shelley x

And welcome to all th other newbies I haven't greeted yet!

Sparky and I are your tutors in the art of collecting roadkill for your sealed pot, the ladies on here seem to think we travel all over the country nabbing it...... lol
