Hello All - on recommendation of getting better I have decided I would like to join the sealed pot challenge. I know we are half way through the year but I want to save money not for christmas but for a deposit...so here goes day one :) I will look for a pot tonight and there is some loose change lying around the house so that will start it off. Thanks :)

Have just found £3.60 in small change so that will start me off - I know it's not much - but better than nothing. Thanks for all your good advice Kas :D

A few bits of loose change in the pot.

Display now up to £30.71 - don't think I'll make the £150 target (unless I combine it with the 20p which have been going in to the other pot )

Shame on you Linda!!! You don't say exactly what you've done, but beware Christmas will be upon us in next to no time - and you don't want to be the only one without pennies (or pounds) to count now do you???!

    We opened the sealed tin!
We thought it was full but the coins were just resting on top of the notes.
There is £356 in there. :T

Rest assured not a penny has been taken out of the tin but it is open.
    ...so just an ikkle sin!
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
