Hiya Jess! So, I guess........apart from all that lot you're fine yes?! Oh dear Jess, you really have been through young lass. So, am I eight in thinking you're not working at present? I do hope all goes well with the oesophageal problems, I have those myself. you'll be ok with the endoscopy, nowt to fear. You'll have to keep clear of any other illnesses though, we miss you! Good to hear you're still managing to save some for the pot. Take care young Jess!

Hi LC, so far as I can remember you and I had the same dilemma last year, what was best to do with it. I put mine towards the telly with the changeover lark. This time I reckon I'll be putting it towards our holiday next year as I'm sure we can cope with Christmas ok, but if not I can always half & half it.

Oh, lucky you with the holiday scubaangel, I'll be thinking of you lapping up the sun - with your Dad;'s cash!!! :rotfl:He really ought to let you look after it.....more! I do hope you get into the TA, I'd have loved something like that, really worthwhile. If you want some advice with the trainers then go to the running thread, they give great advice there, mostly due to which part of your foot hits the ground first, very important that.

Hi sparky! Good JOB it wasn't the big fellah's wedding you were getting ready for, we gas would have been gunning for you! In the nicest posible way of course! You get a fair few Wedding invites....is it the size of the gifts maybe?!! ;) I hope stunty hasn't gone off us!

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday all.

    Sue

It's ok Jess, no need to worry with that as nothing is exposed, only your mouth to get the probe into.

If you've plateaued (reached a point where you're not losing at the moment) with your weight, change your diet a little, or most importantly, do extra exercise! That'll give it a gee-up and see you losing again. Walk, walk and walk Jess, but make sure you do so briskly. Climbing stairs is a good one and if you need to go up for something, then go up again each time, so you double the amount. It'll soon start to show! :T

All the very best Jess, you CAN do it, you know you can!

    Love, Sue x
