I hope you had a delicious lunch with your big sis LC!!

It's ok dippykitty, my pot's building up painfully slowly too, but at least yours had a penny today, mine didn't!

Have a fantastic time in Tenerife LC 2, don't forget to think of us...and I love rock!!

Good to hear the kitchen going well sparky, though I don't envy you with the tiles, but the finishing touches will be beautiful! I hope the "wedding at the end of the month fund" isn't for a secret trip with stunty or you're in BIG trouble with us gals!!! :p

    Have a wonderful Sunday folks!

Hello everyone , its me the dissapeasring member lol!!

Well i have a adventful couple of months! Cant remember if i told you before hand but I am doing nv2 childcare apprentischip and i work full time in a nursey , doing overtime at every oppitunity. I love my job and although its only 85 a week it keeps me going! I am still doing the sealed pot , in fact this month ive put about 8 pounds it and everytime i have some change i throw that it , and i havent taken it out this month! So thats good. Need to learn not to spend all my money at once though!

I spent almost 2 weeks in hospital with the following , possible hand foot and mouth disease , a problem with my swallowing wave and osophegus (sp?) server tonsillitus and server vomiting.. i was on intravenus anti biotics , fluid and pain relief as well as having anti bs injected straight into my cannula.. the upshoot is tomorrow im having a endoscopy and theres also some strange tissue growing in my throat so wen i go back they may choose to chop it out , do a biopsy or tests.. they wont say if its anything to worry about yet so suppose ill just wait.

Anyway , sorry for the selfish post!

How is everyone!!! I found 5p hospital kill in the hospital hahaha. Take care and ill deffo be back later!!

Aww jess sounds like you've had a bad time lately, fingers crossed that you'll be well again soon!

Not manageing to do so well myself lately, feeling extremely skint thanks to my holiday (this time next week I shall be either sunbathing on the deck of a boat or terrorising the fishys in the water), but my Dad's been somewhat careless with his change, leaving lying around the house so I've been aquiring it for my bottle (well his three money boxes are full and he wont let me sort them for him!).

My very halfhearted second job search has continued in the same vein, but I have made some progress transferring to a new TA unit, got an interview with the recruiting team when I get home from my hols so have been forced to get off my bum and go running again - it hurts I dont like it, lol, and will be needing some new running shoes very soon (MSE of me to have used my issued trainers so far but they just arent giving me the support I reckon I need). But once thats sorted its a second income which will help - TA money has always been paid in to my 'spare' bank account then split between savings and creditcard payments (which I really need to start paying off too when I get home from my hols, once upon a time it was cleared monthly now it'll take almost a year to clear at my set payment rate - £40 each month - even if I dont spend anymore on it), reckon thats where my sealed pot money will be going in December too.

Im an utter nightmare for not saving when I should so when I was temping and desperately needed to reduce my o/d I set up a second bank account to save my bar work wages in and then transferred it as a lump sum to clear the o/d, just never got around to closing the account, so its been really handy for saving the bits and pieces of cash I earn from the monthly challenges - no card or pin on it I cut them up whenever they send me one and just use the cheque book or internet banking to manage it. ;)
