Oh dear Elsie - hope you managed to get to sleep this morning. Maybe it was all of those easter eggs giving you nightmares? lol

Looks like Sparky's gonna be busy on the DIY front for a while so it will give someone else to gather up some roadkill.

Hoping to get some pottie money today as it's my first day at work, so will buy lunch (not very MSE I know!)

And then I'm off to see AC/DC tonight with hubby, so if he's lucky I might buy him a bevvie and get some coinage.

Have a good day all. LCx

I hope your bought lunch was as good as your first day at work LC, but i guess AC/DC was better? Hope it ALL went well for you! :D
I don't get to come on here too often.
    Too buzy money saving!

  • Hi everyone, I've not posted in here for ages!

My sealed tin is about half full now - it holds £500 on £1 coins and we've been putting £1 and £2 coins in when we have any spare. I've just put another £3 in this morning

My coffee jar for smaller change and the 20p tin were both filled to the max a couple of weeks ago, so I counted it all up and there was £94 - which paid for 6 months car tax so pleased with that

    :D
