The children have come home with 'dropped money' almost everday in the last fortnight :) from 1p to 50p a go.
They add it straight to the pot, every little helps :)

Emptied my purse in to my pot last night, didnt bother dividing it up as I thought my pot really ought to enjoy my good fortune as much as I have done (although the amount of time I've spent out driving I'll be emptying the pot to pay for fuel!!).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Hi all - just been catching up!:hello: :hello:

Been feeling really low for last few days but thought I would share a bit of good news. Had a flyer through the door yesterday about jewellery bought for cash - would normally ignore anything like that as i'm sure they don't pay the best prices but.... dug out a few bits and pieces - including now redundant wedding ring - and have come home with a red note for my pot and a few pounds towards credit card and overdraft! Maybe I could have got more but the things I sold have been sitting in the drawer for years so I'm happy!

    Wishing everyone a good week,

    x

Hi upsykimsy. You speak as though you're already on the list, if so when did you first go on - this year or last? Maybe me but I can't see it, can you help me out please?

    Many thanks.
