Hi everyone, sorry not caught up with the thread so hope you are all well. I've finally managed to repay the £40 I got out of my pot to pay the rent and there is lots of other change in there now. DH keeps leaving it lying around so I've been taking it 'for safe keeping.' Would hate it to get lost! It's going toward paying off his debts anyway so I don't feel bad!

Did anyone do Earth Hour and turn the lights off? I meant to but forgot :o I'm consoling myself with the fact taht I never have unnecessary lights on and everything is off standby at night time and when we are out.

I'm going to try to do walking. This is my new goal starting Monday. I really want to beat my agoraphobia, and I want to take more exercise so I'm going to aim for a 15 min walk and see how I get on. Bit scared but I really want to do it. Plus I might find some road kill. Perhaps I should walk around supermarket car parks looking for change LOL :rotfl:

Rose- Good luck with your goal! My mum suffers agrophobia so i know how hard it can be , when we got her a dog she ventrued out with him round the block with me a few times. But my brother lives with us and done the dog walkin as he enjoys it lol. But shes getting better everytime we step out the house.

Dont get paid until the end of the month so a dry spot for the old pot :( x

    Good morning stunty,
Glad you've got my back mate, this lot are starting to get out of hand, sneaking off to count the contents of their pots  , I see we might have to revert to surprise attacks on each of them, when they're not expecting it :D

I won a tenner on the lotto last night, so there's another note for the pot ;)

Had a few too many falling down water's last night, I'm paying for it today though

    Have a great day

Hi jess, been a glorious day here, pity my hangover has made going outside too painful, lol. Might have to venture out later, to take my (new ) car out for a spin. I also pledge to put more change in to my pot as I am now no longer saving for a car and have no tax or insurance to pay for the next 12 months.:eek: I just have to not start driving everywhere or my roadkill finding will be much impaired.

Just updated my sig with the total.

Went to our away game (football) with £40 in £1 coins yesterday as I help out on the coaches and the person that collects the money is always short on change, so I came back with £19 in £1 coins and so I have slotted them all in my tin along with a £20 note.

...oh and I got 5p roadkill (well from on the coach yesterday) as the person next to me when searching her purse dropped 5p on the seat so I picked it up and put in my pocket :p to her for dropping it!
