Good for you. Just try to do plenty of walking, it's the best exercise and it might help your asthma. My sister has asthma and she finds its better if she does a little exercise such as walking. There is a thread on here somewhere for Slimmers World, i think a nice helpful challenge member has poated it for you..Thanks for the stunty , and 6'5 lol! WOW.

Have a £2 coin in my purse, which has been there for weeks as an emergency fund, it's the only cash I have at the mo. But I didn't spend it on chocolate today (I was soooooooo tempted) and have decided that if I had spent it on choc it wouldn't be in my purse anymore and so it's going in the pot! Yay! I've started off my pot, and not put anymore weight on! I was encouraged because my trousers kept nearly falling down today, so I must be losing weight! I am off to New York end of April though for OH's 30th (my treat too!) so i get a nice holiday!
