    I've started saving the vat refund amount on my food shopping receipt into the pot too, you know where they show the amount you've 'saved' due to the vat reduction from 17.5% to 15% just before the total. I know Tesco do it on their receipts. It's great to feel the pot getting heavier each week LOL.
    A penny saved is one you don't have to earn! :wave:

    £3.50 ish in the tin for me today - I suspect the amount is starting to add up nicely ;) It will be interesting to see how my 'blind' savings compare to my highly managed virtual sealed jar!
