Cheers EL, i don't know how she does it either..she is great at picking up stuff i wouldn't have thought of..her job kind of encompasses a bit of it but like you ..her heart isn't in it. She also has worked with offenders and such and i think this is something she would like to do more of. The other side to her, which i find amazing is that she has so much on her plate as well..but seems to have bouts of 'i can't speak to folk because my lif is cack moments' so i see that as an opportunity to help her IYSWIM.

bob you about a bit today? if so can i send an assigment over to you to have a wee read at ...i have not got a clue where i am going with it i think it is toss to be honest but i need to get this thing done have been trying all weekend (unsucessfully ) a second pair of eyes would help ....you being a great teacher and all like

i see exactly what you mean ...sometimes us people with so much on our plate are the ones that seem to have the push to get it all done ...strange that ...sometimes people can have all the time in the world but never seem to get anywhere and yet others can have so much on and yet seem to complete it all ...it's strange
