i have taken a screen shot and saved it in wordpad, when i try emailing the file it says its too large. i have winrar , so used that to shrink the file , but the person receiving the file cant open it.
is there an other way to save the screen shot so the file isnt as big or is there an other way to send?
i think im just not thinking this through
please help

instead of pasting it into wordpad, paste it into Paint and save as a jpg.0

Download Paint.Net and use that, it's a million times better than paint, and you can save as a JPEG file which will be much smaller.
Never try and embed large images (like screen shots) in Word or WordPad, they aren't designed to work with images very well, and you'll end up with a huge file size.0
