Web banners Graphics etc.

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone knows off a website where I can get Free Headers, Banners, Graphics etc for websites, the problem is I need to be able use them for business websites and not just personal websites so that rules out 90%. Obviosusly because I want to use them on business websites they need to be very good quality.

Any help will be gratefully recieved.

Many Thanks

Benjo

Search for public domain images, or royalty free images in google.

You might find it's surprisingly easy to design your own graphics and make them look fairly professional. Obviously, Photoshop is the best thing around for that, otherwise GIMP is pretty capable and there are plenty of easy to follow guides on the net.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of searching for gimp, i have it installed but never really got to grips with it, i've had a look and will give it a go, see what i can come up with, although I doubt my creative ability.

bannerfans is a free text banner maker - web based, basically works on the fly and you can manipulate the banner as you work.

produces some good results as well - i've used it loads of times.
  • Hi,

I've always found the Cooltext website very useful for generating buttons and graphics.

You can generate your graphics on screen and then request a download ....... and it's free.

    Hope this helps :D
See you on the dark side of the moon

GIMP has the worst user interface in history.

    Try Paint.NET instead, also free.
