grrrrrrrrrr ordered play.com on 9th dec order now showing as awaiting stock.
Do any of these companies eg dixons, currys, pc world, game, amazon and play when they say have it in stock do they actually have it in stock at all?

I placed two orders with Curry's yesterday - 1 has been cancelled due to no stock and one has been allocated a Royal Mail consignment number so I guess it's on its way! :T

I missed out on the John Lewis one by what must have been seconds but have got an order going through with PC world again at moment so hoping they can fulfill it this time

I have now tried three times to order from PC world and all three attempts have been cancelled. What is going on with them.

I spoke to play.com today and the very unhappy sales assistant said there has not been any stock of this game at all since the start of Dec. That the rumours about them fulfilling back orders is rubbish as there has been no games recieved in stock of this game since Nov.
He said they have complained and complained to headoffice about removing the the option on the website to prevent people being able to place orders due to the number of complains they have had about it.

My play.com order from 1st Dec is finally showing as packing, so they must be getting stock in. So there is still a chance we may get this for Christmas. Fingers crossed.
