Phone contract, in my name. Used by my ex-girlfriend

OH got me a phone because 02 didn't want to take me on at the time. then we waited a year and he did change it, its all in my name, the account everything, i even upgraded my phone recently. the contract is now solely in my name and has nothing to do with OH

got it sorted When I rang her mum and she said "i'll sort it!"...

yeah it was in o2, rang up a few times before it was sorted and they basically said: yeah... in her name, not yours... (so it was in actual fact transfered to her name) and they said it was weird I was getting the letters. Feel that perhaps the o2 advisors told me it was me cause they couldnt track her down.

I got a call from her grandparents who had her in the background crying her eyes out about how shes always lying and that they'll have to bail her out... yet again as she has no money and no job... yet again.

They were really nice and went through the whole thing which I co-operated to thanks for the advice guys...

it used to be possible but we have now changed the billing system and the new system will not physically let it happen

We changed it last year so it must be very recent then.
