    That figure is based on estate agents valuation. Mortgage companies won't value it the same. Estate agents inflate prices to accept a reduced offer... their "valuations" are false. No one in current climate offers asking price.

    you have also stated yr emigrating, so are u going to be renting the property out? yr lender would have to be made aware of this and depending on who they are they may not give you permission to do this on a residential mortgage ........ also yr insurances would have to be landlord insurances....
  • yeah, NR have already given us permission and insurance is sorted cheers fiesty.

    Its a bit hard to guess this LTV as when I go on comparison sites like zoopla it says 190k lol
    how the hell are you suppossed to get an accurate figure before applying for mortgages?
