Free Photobook Worth £12.95 merged

Hi I ordered mine on the 2nd Dec and had an email on the 5th saying it had been posted out. But, it still isn't here. Whilst looking at my emails they have my address as the street address followed by the house number. Is anyone else's like this? I think I might email them. x

No need to email them. My address is like this also and probably everyone's is but deliveries have been made no problem. There is no need to worry because the company are based in Germany so you should expect your delivery within 12 days.

The reason the address is mixed up is because European addresses are written differently.

This doesn't matter though since all the postman requires is the house number and postcode. You could write an address in any order and I bet it'd get to it's destination without difficulty.

Thanks funkyhitman. My mind is at rest. Can't wait for it to arrive, then it's going to Santa so he can deliver it to my Mum on Christmas Eve.

Brill, mine arrived today. I love it, now it's going to be wrapped to go to Santa to be delivered for Christmas lol. Great quality and even nicer as I chose some to be black and white aswell and they have printed lovely. x

Hi all First post. Be nice.

Ok, been doing this for 90 minutes and I am stuck! I have created the book and am in the website. When i go to "My books", i can see the book I have created. It is telling me to add it to my basket, but I just can't figure out how! Anyone any help? When i go to my basket it is empty and tells me to go back to my books!

I couldn't see a closing date for the code, please don't tell me it's closed?

There's a green shopping trolley and it says "In the basket" next to it

Click that, then click "purchase".

I read somewhere it expires 12th Dec but i can't see where i saw that now so maybe i'm seeing things?!

I tried in mozilla and internet explorer and can't see that! arg! Just under the album name, theres a thing saying it is generating preview. Maybe the site is down or being tempermental (or I'm thick)
