DLA Appeal help

I contacted them again today & at last spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful. Seems that the information I was given last time was not correct. They have failed to change the claim so they still have all my paperwork which will be sent to tribunal. She said it could take 3 months before I get a hearing date but at some stage I should recievea copy of their submission on my case. I have wriiten to them today as my daughters Dr has sent me a letter in support of my claim and i have yet again added points as to why I think the decision is wrong.
I am also considering complaining after I have just gone back over letters and looked a dates again. The original claim was recieved by them in march a decision was recieved by myself on 6 August that alone was 5 months. Appealled sent straight away this time they were very quick with a reply (24 August) I appealed again the same day and had to wait until 21 Oct for a responce saying they had recieved my wish to appeal that was the last time they contacted me. So if it takes another 3 months before I even get a hearing date that means this claim has been going on for over a year which I do not feel is fair ? now is should I complain. I do have a gent from benefits who will be attending the hearing along with me
