System 32

I have a System 32 error on my laptop it will not boot up. I am being asked for the original disks which I don't have as I bought it from PC World. Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to take it to a shop?

Sometimes there is a recovery partition on the harddisk, you would help the techies by giving the make and model of your PC.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
