New to Stoozing

I am new to this site and had never heard of stoozing until last week when I read this forum. I want to start stoozing but am not sure how to start. Do I just apply for a 0% credit card eg sky or egg...what I don't understand is what I do then...I am sure I am being stupid but how do I get the money from the card to a high interest account.....do I just ask the bank to take say £5000 from the card and then pay off the minimum amount each month.I am debt free so can do it without worry but I just don't know which card to apply for ( I use the morgan stanley as it's cash back ) and what t odo once I get it...please help someone
