    I assume that you mean it would only be of any use TO YOU as a monitor for gaming. Not everyone has a freeview signal strong enough for it to matter to them. Where I live the terrestrial TV signal is poor, the freeview signal is poor, and we are effectively restricted to cable or satellite services. So a TV with Freesat would be great for me, whereas one with freeview would not. :)
