I just bought this one which is not as pretty as the pebble but is wall mountable and has freeview. LGM198WDP £145.71 from ebuyer with 3 years on site warranty.

Cant see any mention of freeview or wall mountable have to look. I want a 19"+ for daughter for Xmas in her bedroom she is in a box room so space is tight
