Graduate Loan for GDL

I have a query that I hope someone may beable to help me with, as I am so far drawing a blank. I am a postgraduate student who needs to get a loan (at low interest if possible) to carry on with my postgraduate law course. I have a poor credit rating and have checked with expedia that this is unlikely to improve within the next few years, even if I keep within my current overdraft limit and make payments on time.
I have no acess to other finance, parents and family are not in a position to take on any other debt, and I cannot approach the student hardship fund, as I have secured funding for my tuition fees. (they have said most I will recive is £100) I desperately need to get a loan to pay my living costs, I have a present overdraft of 1,500 at HSBC, which I have used. My course ends in 2007, which is when I should be in a position to make loan repayments but I will not beable to make repayments untill that date. I need a loan of anything from £1,500- £7,000, has anyone any suggestions? Or am I really stuck in the poverty trap? I am trying this as a last resort, in the hope that someone may have an inventive suggestion?

Have you looked into a Career Development Loan?

Otherwise you may have to work part time. Or study and work part time. If you are struggling financially now, things are unlikely to get easier as you continue.
Sorry to sound so bleak, but there is no statutory funding for postgraduate courses and you need to be realistic about whether you can actually afford to do this."Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."0
