CCA template request letter urgently required please..

Hi Guys,

Can any of you help me please? A guy who works for me has got a letter regarding a possible old debt that has come as a bit of a shock and he needs some help.

How old would the debt be?
Could it be statute barred?

Is he sure the debt is his?
He could send the "prove it" letter if not (in link below)

If he is sure the debt is his, remember not to sign the letter or a cheque - don't want them getting your signature.

He knows the debt is his. The finance company who own the debt are requesting £100 per month for 48 months:eek: It is only about three years old ish so is not Statute barred.

The prove it letterwas the one i was after... many thanks.
