Hi all, i realise i'm a bit late with this post but i thought i'd chance asking my nearest store if they had any of these chairs left and they did! One that had been used for a display. It's a bit dusty but looks to be ok generally and i even got a discount!
However, there was no packaging and i have no assembly instructions - can anyone help please?

    Thanks very much.

I dont have my instructions anymore but if i remember rightly.... |The wheels just push in the base. There was a silver like spindle "bit" that was then inserted into the centre of the base Pointy end up. Then a plastic piece with circular bands thats only went on one way(is the bit that expands when u use the gas lift) Next was to put the arms on... There is a picture earlier on in this thread best to look at that to see which way, though they will only go one way! The putting the arms on was abit tricky for one person easier if someone could hold the base and back of the chair for you and apply some pressure so you can nip the screws up abit b4 tightening.

Put the seat on top of the spindle and Voila!! the handle underneath to the right operates the gas lift and the round twiddly bit underneath in centre at front is the bit for adjusting how much the seat tilts, u adjust it for your weight. if u pull the gas lift lever to the right it allows the chair to alo tilt it u push it in it stops it tilting.

I bet you wish u had never asked now?? I had most probs locating the screws as everybody knows LOL @ Me!

Wheels you say? hmmmm, no wheels here! I'm thinking, as is my husband now that he's had a good look, we are def missing a vital part or two! Not so much of a bargain then! Would be quite painful to sit on just now!!! Think i may be going back to Morrissons tomorrow! Thanks a lot anyway Ellie, helped us out a lot.

Aye should have 5 wheels on castors that push in each of the gaps in base. If u dont have all the parts may b worth asking if they can get u a replacement sent from another store.

Saw this chair in local Morrisons in Glasgow. Seems to be similar to the viking chair in previous thread but is £24.99!!

Yes but is it any good or usual Morrisons standard?

I've been looking for a new chair for a while, although still not done anything about it! But this one looks to be a good buy, with leather seat and chrome base making it superior to the Morrisons one. What do you think?

Just bought mine this morning at Basingstoke and I find it superb.
£24.99 for a leather faced chair that is firm and relaxing to sit on. Also goes to quite a height (I'm 6ft 2" and at full height, my feet are of the floor!)
