I think from the Ts&Cs it means they will end up charging your card the full amount - don't want to scare people, but figured you might want the chance to cancel it in case it were to happen. You can try CS if you want.

Hi,

Just spoke to customer services & they said that if you have a cash account you can't use the codes! I said I wanted to cancel the order & they said that it was too late as it was being delivered on the 3rd & to refuse it or just return it to them for a refund! I told her me confirmation email had excepted the code & she said that on the billing account it would show up at the original price! She had to ask another CS person about this!

Can't seem to get on to Littlewoods Direct or Littlewoods... not wanting to use the code but do want to place an order in their 3 for 2 offer... anyone know what's going on? It seems to have been down for ages

Additions are also down, I had added lots of items from 3 for 2 to my basket and now have lost them all.

my order was accepted recieved an email saying £50 discount. does anyone know if they will charge full amount. My friends order was cancelled because shw wasn;t allowed to use the code

not too woried as I was going to buy anyway so if it goes through then thats just a bonus. If you can't afford it then I really think you should give it a miss and don't forget that they will take the £50 out of your bank and then refund it if it works so please - make sure you can afford to take the chance. Great code for those that are ordering anyway though.
