Make sure you check your next bill, as I wouldn't take anything NTL say to you over the phone as gospel. They dont tell you the exact truth when changing to a new package, then deny even agreeing to sell you something at a reduced price!

I always get the sales rep name, ext number, home address, CC number, mothers maiden name, eye colour, blood type...... you get my drift
