Today I received my free mother to be/pregnancy goodie bag from Tescos (had to collect it in store).

I had a meeting today and was told that as from Monday I am PROMOTED yipeeeeeeeeee so will be managing 12 staff and will get a 5% payrise ! this coupled with the 2.3% cost of living payrise and 3.5% bonus for achieving a high report marking means that my annual salary will be increased by 10.8% which is a nice payrise and means that my target of getting the extension completed is even more managable on my new salary.
