Hiya spud30 - yes one of the kittens that wasn't expected to make it. He is making a superb recovery after spending abit of time in the isolation unit but subject to 7 week healthcheck, which should be fine, he will be with us shortly ! quite excited as he was such a little cutie.

My 3 money off vouchers got refused in Tescos today and the supervisor was horrible, so may give Tescos a wide berth for a couple of days. They would not accept any money off vouchers at all and looked at me as though I was a mad woman .

I had problems with Tesco this week. Had 3 vouchers for Comfort, bought 3 bottles. Our local store would only accept one, said it was one per purchase. I pointed out that I had made 3 purchases but they were having none of it !!!

The World Book Day goodies arrived today - my husband couldn't wait to find out what was in the tubes.! Some gone to the boys next door who feed our pond fish when we are away and the rest will go to the local school for their fete next month.
Had ordered and received some Glucosamine Sulphate from Healthy Direct but the container was broken when it arrived and some pills had come out of the envelope. Complained and they are sending a replacement immediately - so 2 for 1 - only thing is I had bought a year's supply so will now be well stocked.

Hi everyone! Today I got a free tub of cod liver oil capsules from Boots, a really good quality barbeque tool set and apron from an offer in Good Food Mag (just had to pay p+p), and a great Bookstart pack for my 3 year old son. It contains 2 books, stickers, coloured pencils and paper, all in a sturdy treasure chest box. :j

Today the postie brought a Pirates of the carribean coin, a Walls summer of fun reward chart with stickers and the first of my BBC Good food magazines subsciption courtesy of Tesco clubcard vouchers.:)

My daughter's Tamagotchi cards arrived this morning. She's only 7 so they pnly have her name and email address on them as she doen't have a mobile.

She was really chuffed.
