I'm lurking and tidying at the moment. Putting everything from my desk that isn't rubbish into a box, then everything from the floor that isn't rubbish is going to boxes and then I'm going to sort them out. Would love to actually use my study properly!Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

flaire welcome to the group
kazmeister wow you're OH certainly wants a lot done by Christmas doesn't he? Can he not wait until after the holidays or is he the impatient type?
toochoosey hope DD is feeling better today and not too icky.
Laura D welcome back
polkadot well done on the cookie swap. I would say that a list of scrapbooking etc with DS is relevant, as it's relevant to you.
cha97michelle well done on becoming members of Costco, although you might find it expensive every time you go. I know we do - I normally manage to spend over £100 of DH's money and it's always on things that we absolutely must have..lol I do buy bulk meat in there too so that kind of justifies the bill out somehow, well it does in my mind..lol
Justamum wow that Embroiders Guild workshop sounded interesting. Did you manage to finish the canvaswork last night?
Mum on a mission and loopy-loo73 hope you are soon feeling better *hugs*
Triker Sounds like yesterday was a good day, I would have loved to have gone to the Good Food Show but unfortunately DH couldn't get tickets when I mentioned it to him. And well done you for not succumbing to buying stuff that wasn't Oldstyle.:T Hope OH's back is better soon.
gunsandbanjos hope you and LO are feeling better today and it isn't anything too serious. And "bah humbug" on your bank for not passing the interest on.. Don't they realise people need to save money not spend more..
Pollybear well done on getting your Asda booking for Christmas week. I understand these slots are like gold dust at the moment. Although you wouldn't know it the by amount of people that seem to be in the shop buying stuff.
Ok it's nearly midday and I am still sitting here in pj's with the curtains still shut. So I am going to make a cup of tea, have a late piece of toast and then have a shower at midday.
And why does the damn site keep logging me out after so long, I keep having to relog on, and that's even with clicking the remember me box, and it's so annoying..grr!!
Anyone up for a HHC at midday?

Well I have sat here ordering pressies for Mum from Dad! He keeps sending me texts and then of course the MSE bit in me hunts out the best deals which can take some time. All this is NOT finding the floor in Miss A's room or on the landing though!

Morning.
I woke up with a little bit of motivation too today, but i think i may have just about used it up.
I've:- done a washload of my clothes
- hoovered LR/DR and kitchen
- made a pan of carrot and lentil soup
- peeled some spuds for dinner tonight
- got some sausages out of freezer
- read 10 books to DS1 and 2
- played with sticklebrick and stacking cups
- written the cheques for december for nursery
- opened all upstairs windows to air house/dry up condensation - shut them all again when it started snowing heavily
I'm just trying to work out whether to do toad in the hole or just sausage and mash for tonight. The cold weather is making me want lots of stodge.
Right, have to sort DS1 - he keeps pulling down his trousers today, and now has took off his nappy - thank god it is only a bit wet.

Oh that was painful! Just paid off my credit card in full, my debit card hurts now :rotfl: However at least it's done so that's some money we'll save each month. Rather depressing getting a bonus and it disappearing straight away!
Well I've half filled one of those flat pack crates and I'm still struggling to see the wood on my desk! I have found some cutlery, a plate and a cup though :rotfl:Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
