Sent XBOX 360 off for repair and am getting conflicting emails......

Ok so did all the stuff required, got the codes etc, boxed it up according to instruction and UPS picked it up, man on phone said don't seal it up as UPS man will need to look inside, mmm he was amused at that said no way and kindly assisted me seal it up.... a few days ago I got an email saying your xbox can be tracked so i did it and it said it's on it's way back.
Today I get email from them saying if I don't send it soon my code will expire and I will have to re send it.....

No cos was after 5pm and it was closed but I intend to first thing in the AM, thanks for your very quick reply too

If you go to xbox.com and sign in with your details, then click support you should be able to check on the progress of the repair request, that might be worth a shot.0
