How Hard To Fit A PCI to usb/firewire

Can anyone tell me if a non-techie like meself could fit one of these? Or how much i would have to pay to have it fitted?

Do you know if you have a free slot for it?

It's an easy job to fit one. You'll need a medium sized phillips (cross head) screwdriver.

There is a good guide here (saved me some typing!)

Yeah it was, but wouldnt have liked to do it without someone on standby :rudolf:
