can littlewoods direct do this?

i bought 25 days ago a camcorder from littlewoods direct, in there november promotion, and got £50 off, so it was £279, today in the same promotion, it is now £199. i feel really annoyed that i bought this in a promotion where you expect to get the best deal offered to you, (not in a sale where you would presume everything eventually to go down even further). ifeel this was a bit naughty of littlewoods can they do this, in this type of promotion?

Yes they can do this, and as you are over the 14 day home approval limit I think that you are stuck with it. But if you phone them, say that you want to return an item and give them all the details they may still take it back, then you can order the thing at the new price.

i cant return it as ive used it, and thats not the point, if they have good customer service i shouldnt need to take it back! i have emailed , will see what they say.

Then you don't have a leg to stand on. Companies can reduces prices whenever they like, and as often as they like, the fact that you paid a higher price only to see it lower a month later is just plain bad luck.

Its not the JVC 30gbHDD one is it as ive just bought that from Littlewoods , i better not tell you the price if it is as you might faint

I paid £169 using a 15% discount code and new vat reduction today , there is also £30 cashback to come from JVC making it £139, and £13 Quidco , so whould be around £126 all told.

It might be worth your while saying its broken as you have had it under 30 days and sending it back and reordering

But that would be a lie, and who pays in the long run? I dont think these things grow on trees, unless I am mistaken?

Have you not seen the camcorder trees in the garden centre, they are usually next to the money trees :rotfl:
