Sky+ cut my sky off 2 weeks ago sayin i owed money but i have just phoned up to pay any outstanding balance but they have told me i dont owe any money and that they have had money by dd all the time, im not happy as i have been paying for 2 weeks but yet havent been able to get the channels i have been paying for.
I tried asking the operator if i could claim back the money for the past 2 weeks but all he kept sayin was the channels will be back on within 4 hours
does anyone know if there is anything i can do?

I stopped paying for Sky By Direct Debit so that they would cut me off which they did, They sent I final Bill which I paid.
They sent a letter saying I owed nothing.
They sent a please come back to us card.
A few weeks later they sent a new bill for a pay per view event from a year before.
I dont even remember watching this but as it was only £14.95 from June 2007 I thought I'd phone and see if they were just having a laugh.
No they say the card/ box has only just sent the order details in October 2008, because they say the phone line was not connected.
well the phone line has always been connected, they say that sometimes the box / card can take up to 3 years to send the info .
Has any body else had this, should I keep having a go at them or should I just pay up .
