since sending an email, situation has changed re a job. another person is sending a revised form, so i need to stp recipient from getting the original.
if i delete from my sent folder, will that also delete from their (hopefully) unread inbox??

If it is a really compromising email and you really don't want them to view it, you could write another informing them that the email(quote the subject line) contains a virus and must not be opened.
Place the warning in the subject line of the new email....and hope.
