hi all, im with a&l at the mo, and im wanting to switch to a diff account long story. But im wanting it 2 be as easy to do. They do all the work for me.

a lot of banks will switch for you, i had a pretty good experience with HBOS, plus they give u a switcher over draft0

Basically all banks offer a "switcher" service whereby you sign a form and give it to them and they move all your SOs and DDs. However you will have to notify anybody that pays you directly of your new sort code and account number (e.g. employer, Quidco, savings accounts..)0
