Faster Payment Tracking Anyone?

Anyone out there dedicated enough to keep tabs on internet Faster Payments for MSEers (I confess I'm not)? I have lots of current accounts that I can use to move cash around. I know for instance that I can send £500 from Barclays to A&L instantly, but back A&L are only allowing £250 at the moment. I use this to put £500 into my wife's A&L for the £250 12% saver and can now take £250 back instantly. My A&L to stooze the £1k overdraft I have will not yet send back £500. Others have said that A&L will only allow one payment this way to an account so you can't defeat it by sending 2 payments one after the other. You could however presumably do so by sending the second to another account, say LLoyds, and from there back to Barclays. LLoyds only seem to accept phone faster payments at the moment however.
