"We have just renewed our agreement with First Assist, who provide a 24/7 helpline for people who want to talk about anything that’s troubling them. Examples of the range of topics people typically talk about are: Bereavement, Debt Counselling, Relationship Difficulties, Alcohol and Drug related issues, Stress, Anxiety, Depression. This time of year can be particularly difficult, so if you would like to share your problems, please make the call.
