I ordered some flowers (with toy and chocolates) from bunches.co.uk (through topcashback) for my brother and his partner to celebrate the birth of their son. Unfortunately I provided the wrong house number and they were delivered by mail to their neighbour's house who had recently lost a baby.
The recipients were very distressed and contacted Bunches who dealt with it with great sensitivity. They contacted me and naturally I was deeply upset at my mistake and the upset that caused the couple who received the flowers in error.
Without fuss Bunches offered to send a further bouquette of flowers and gift to the correct address with no mention of recharging me.
They had no obligation to absorb the cost of my error but they did. I believe the flowers and gifts were to a high standard too.
I would highly recommend them to anyone now. http://www.bunches.co.uk/

I have to say i am pleased you posted this [not for the upset caused ] but the fact that the company sound really good, as i have ordered some flowers for christmas and was a little worried that they would not be great.
