TalkTalk - grr

On 29 Sept, after three years of problems with the service, I phoned TalkTalk to cancel my contract. They said it would be done in 10 days. 10 days later, it still wasn't. On day 20, I got a bill from TalkTalk for the following month. The next morning I called them again.
The person I spoke to said that it could take up to 14 days. I pointed out that it had been 3 weeks. He said he would sort it out and that I would not be charged past 13 Oct because that's 14 days after my initial cancellation request.
In the end, I got charged line rental (+ international call plan) through 20 Nov, even though the line had been finally cut off on 30 Oct.
I phoned them again (this time paying for the call). After 30 minutes on the phone with the woman, she offered to refund £7. I explained to her several times that I was due almost £30. No chance. Not only could she not understand basic maths, but when I tried to explain it to her for the 10th time, she got very annoyed.
She gave me another number to call. I haven't had the chance to do it yet. In the end, I'll probably spend more on phone calls than what they owe me.
