Fitting a standard cabinet door to integrated appliances? How?

I've got a couple of second-hand integrated appliances - washer/dryer and a fridge. I've got Ikea Abstrakt kitchen cabinets, and want to fit the same Abstrakt doors to the appliances.
I've got all the hinges etc, but how do I fit the doors to the appliances to make sure they all line up level and even? The hinges holes are already in the appliances. The appliances are in their place under the workspace. If I place the door against the appliance, I obviously can't see where the screw holes need to go as they are on the other side of the solid doors. Hmmm.
I don't have x-ray eyes, so what's the secret of marrying doors to appliances? I haven't got any of the appliance manuals either, so no help there. There must be a way, but I can't figure it.Anyone know?

I suggest you make your own template. Do this by taping a sheet of newspaper to the front of the appliance and tracing around the hinge positions. Then take it off and place it against the inside of your Abstrakt door and trace over the hinges markings.0

Doh! Didn't think of that. Thanks. Will give it a try.
But first, I've just found that the main water stopcock sits right behind where the washing machine is going, which means the machine doesn't fit. So I'll have to move the entire stopcock and all pipework attached, as well as a drainage pipe for the washer/dryer to fit0
